​West Coast inflatables would like to remind you of our important policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please take a moment to review our guidelines regarding rental procedures, safety measures and cancellation terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation and helping us maintain a fun environment for all our customers!
Rental Deposits
Rental Cancellations
West Coast inflatables requires a deposit on all rentals to secure your rental. Deposit prices will vary depending on on the rental. All deposits made for your rental reservation will contribute to the total cost of the rental.
​West Coast inflatables allows rental cancellations up to seven days before your event for a full refund. Any last-minute cancellations outside the seven day timeframe will result in a deposit loss. If you paid in full but missed the cancellation timeframe you will receive your full refund minus the deposit.
Cleaning Fees
Small amounts of dirt, grass or mud will be accepted. No sorts of beverages, food, candy, gum, etc. will be permitted inside at any time during a rental of any sorts. Violation of this rule will result in a $75 cleaning fee. Stains of any sorts, or animal/human waste will not be tolerated and will result in a $125 cleaning fee.
Non-Communication
Here at West Coast inflatables we are held to a standard that assures you that our customer service will be top notch and our responsiveness to your messages or phone calls will be prioritized! We expect anybody renting our equipment to be on the same standard. For any reason you are not answering our messages or phone calls at the time of pick up you will be charged extra fees for the time we go over the scheduled pick up time!
Weather Cancellations
West Coast inflatables understands that weather is sometimes unpredictable. So for cancellations due to weather, we are more lenient. You have until 7:30 AM the morning of your event to cancel due to weather. We will hold onto your deposit and you will be offered a rain check good for up to a year to reschedule. If paid in full, you will be able to receive a full refund minus the deposit. "we will not deliver your rental if we do not hear from you and you will forfeit your deposit"
Reschedules
West Coast inflatables offers reschedules for any situations life throws your way contact us within three days of your scheduled event and we can offer a reschedule for up to one year. Deposits will be held and a reschedule will be made.
